No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit. All returns maybe subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee plus freight. Special order items are not returnable. Do not ship any items back without written authorization. Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Some of the carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Liftgate delivery is available at additional cost. Residential delivery for freight trucks is available at additional cost. If damage or shortages are discovered, you must make notation on all copies of the freight bill describing the damage or shortages in details. Merchandise becomes property of the customer when picked up at a shipping point. Carrier is responsible for safe arrival of destination. Inspect and note any damage before signing any delivery receipt. If concealed damage is discovered later, save the carton, contact the carrier and file a claim to rectify damages to your product. Concealed damage must be reported and inspection requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All orders over $1,000 will be free freight. Any orders between $100.00 and $1,000.00 will be 10% of the order, orders under $100.00 will be a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping and handling. |
